"i needed a money order, i told the clerk i had never done this before and i was ignorant about it. she was condescending and impatient with me. i had my mother with me as a witness. i filled out the envelope wrong and we had to ask twice for a new one which she refused the first time. she kept passing glances at her coworker and shaking her head. woman, if you’re reading this… i want you to know i forgive you. i’m not sure what you get off from with being mean to younger adults who are ignorant to new things. they did not teach me these things in highschool and i wish i had the knowledge needed and so i didn’t have to inconvenience you. people like you is what is wrong with the older generation and why most younger adults are afraid to ask for assistance."

"Dropped in at 4pm just before they closed to let them know I have a late check coming and don't want to wait 24 hours for it, so I filled out a paper for them to hold it in the morning at the building for less than 4 hours and they somehow lost it in that short time period. "It's either on the truck or it's on the way here, but we can't find it" thanks for wasting my time and gas."

"I have lived at the same address for 6 years. My mom who shares my last name stayed with me 6 months ago and had her address changed when she moved out so now anything with the last name Hildebrand gets forwarded to her new address, we have completely different first names. The desk attendant who was not helpful told me she should have NEVER done that? And acted like I was to blame. You're telling me our postal system sorts only by last name? So all the Johnsons of the world get delivered to only one house? This is news to me. She was very rude and unhelpful all she did was cancel my mom's change of address so now she won't receive any of her mail which completely defeats the purpose of this. If she wouldn't have been so rude and cut me off every time I tried to speak I would have just chalked it up to a poor usps system and moved on. Older blonde lady who runs the front desk needs to be put in the back if she can't deal with customer service. I didn't come in upset but I absolutely left there angry."

"I've had things I've sent out stolen by this office on numerous occasions. The receivers get missing items in their packages, or at the very least, they're opened. When confronted, I was told that it wasn't their fault, even after I've watched the mail delivery person put my OPENED and EMPTY mail directly into my mail box and drive away. Update (as of December 2020): Mail gets delivered to the wrong addresses every week. Numerous times. Packages get crammed into the mail boxes so bad they break the contents. Packages get opened and items get stolen, and THEN delivered to their destinations empty. What’s even the point of that? The workers inside still think they’re high and mighty and better than anyone who comes in as a customer, and it's just extremely unprofessional. Earlier this year, I had sent a package out and it took 7 months to leave this post office, and OF COURSE they send it to a wrong address. The wrong COUNTRY, no less. I’ll be going elsewhere for my post office needs from now on, but I wish I could receive my mail from a different post office too. I wish I could rate it lower. Final update (as of March 2021): My mail would still get delivered to the wrong addresses, but luckily our neighbors were nice enough to bring them over when it happens. Inside the building itself, they seem to be adequately following covid rules and aren't being as rude as before. I still wouldn't give it 2 stars."
