"Cleaner cars than the Kenwood and Galbraith locations, but on pickup and return this location was not open at 8am (4/29/24 and 5/2/24). You can leave a car here in the back if there’s room, so that’s nice."

"Had a reservation with a confirmed text and walked here with my 6 year old daughter as I didn’t have a vehicle and they refused to give me a vehicle. The parking lot was full of vehicles but she said she had a full set of reservations. When I told her that I had a confirmed text, she scoffed at me and told me it didn’t matter and I should have called in advance. I called customer service who seemed equally confused, but she refused to talk to them. The best I could tell is that it was 20 minutes before close and she just wanted to get home."
"Great service, flexibility in choice of vehicles (unless it’s a holiday or last minute rental there may not be a huge selection), and the team always takes care of me at this location. I rent here at least 12-15 times per year."
"Have rented from this location for the same trip for 6 years in a row now. Unfortunately this year I returned the vehicle and had cleaned it (I did not get it detailed, but it was cleaned and swept out) and got hit with a $450 charge for it being excessively dirty. Not sure if this is something new, because I have never had this problem and have now heard several people say the same thing about this location. This is unfortunate because I always had good experiences from this Avis but will never rent from here again."
