"Not sure where to start on this. I guess wow is the only word that comes to mind. When my ma passed away 7 years ago my focus was solely on my pops and being with him as we buried her. This time I didn't have him to focus on so I seen the care Taylor and the entire team put in to his services. Taylor called me to set everything up and had most things ready to go when we got to the funeral home to plan the services. It made decisions so much easier. When we got there for the viewing my father looked amazing. I did not know this at the time but Taylor does the preparation also. She simply did an amazing job on him. Louden and the entire team asked continuously if there was anything else they could do or anything we needed. Their care and dedication made the burial of my pops go smoothly. Could not be more pleased with how smooth everything went."

"The funeral director named Carrie is the rudest woman I've even met at a funeral home. She is completely rude to anyone that has a child in a funeral she's rude to the loved ones rushing them to say their there last goodbyes I have been to many funerals and never have I once ever heard a funeral director look at someone who has a line full of people saying their goodbyes and say you have 5 minutes to say your last goodbyes it's just ridiculous I should never have heard that she has the sympathy of a rock and she needs to find a different job. All of the rest of the funeral home employees were very kind and very professional but Carrie needs to find a new job because she in the wrong line of work I would not recommend having a funeral there as long as she works there."
