"I met with Zoe today to start the process for my storage unit. She’s very kind and provides all the information as she walks you through the facility, to your unit. She even tells the closest entrance to your unit, the location of the restroom and how to find your way back to the office. After returning to the office she clarifies a few more last minute things such as insurance, locks and packing essentials. She was so nice that she even offered a body armor. Zoe’s amazing and represents this company well."

"The facility is very clean and modern. Climate control works great. Zoe and Dominique are awesome. They are very friendly and professional. I like the fact that I was greeted as I walked in. Although there was a unit already assigned after explaining to Zoe that I was handicap and would like a unit close to the dock, she was willing to make the change. She suggested I take a look at the available unit, which was great that she showed me because it was smaller than I anticipated. It's so hard to find professional people who enjoy their job now days. With that being said, big kudos to Zoe and Dominique for their professional representation of the company. I will definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to family and friends."
