"Great place to purchase insurance wrecks, every kind of vehicle. The downside is the fees they charge. You buy your membership which is reasonable. If you make a purchase you pay pretty high fees on top of the bid price. Employee personnel have varied attitudes toward customers."
"Nearly impossible to find. A business located behind a park with multiple playing fields and roads. I was lost in the park for 20 mins until someone answered the phone off site and told me how to navigate through the park. No receptionist in the office only multiple numbers to call posted on the counter. Finally a man walked in looking extremely busy and helped me to get in my car and remove my things. Never saw him again but there were other people that walked by asking questions about the building and staff. I was no help to them as I felt just as lost."
