"Cute storefront and it smells heavenly inside. Flavors change weekly (and they are closed Sunday). I’ve been a few times since this location opened and some cookies I’ve loved, others were just ok to me. A couple of weeks ago they had a Butter Cake (not cookie- it’s in my pic) which was out of this world. The Lemon cupcake cookie that week was also great. Other times- Biscoff Lava cookie, Cake Batter Cookie were just ok but I wouldn’t get again. At $4.49/cookie plus tax for a single (albeit oversized) cookie, I expect a lot. So far, this location seems good at matching the cookie to what it looks like in advertising and they have always shown me the cookie for approval before giving it to me."

"the cookies are expensive but large and really good. the service was incredibly fast despite a line and they checked to make sure the cookies looked good to us. the cookies were also warmed/cooled depending on the flavor. there is no restroom or place to sit inside for a heads up"
"I have only tried one cookie so far (the milk chocolate chip) which was delicious. This review is mostly about quality of look and service. It seemed the workers were not quite attentive/knowledgeable and one seemed in a bad mood. This could be because this is a new location. The cookies did not look as great and accurate as shown online (seen with the icing on the vanilla and the large drizzle amount on the hazlenut). Then the outside of the boxes were a mess with lots of icing on them, which got the car dirty. I would say the cookies are a great size, so while it is very pricey it is worth it. They still look delicious, despite their imperfections."
"I have heard these cookies are delish and noticed they just opened this Newport location. Had to try it while in the area. Cute boxes, and great cookie. Atmosphere is very techy. Not warm and cozy at all also no seating available."
