"My late in life mid-life crisis took over. The day before (5/26/2024) my 18th wedding anniversary, I traded in my 2019 Toyota C-HR with 144 HP and purchased this 2024 Ford Mustang GT 6-speed manual transmission with 480 HP, while under the duress of my wife. Not because she wanted it but because she was tired of me living at Kerry Ford staring at this and another Mustang for 3-weeks (almost on a nightly basis for multiple hours at a time). The salespeople and the sales manager all knew me by name throughout my visits during and after business hours. My wife and I ended up purchasing two Mustang’s from them within 2 days. Friday night (5/24/2024) we bought my 16 year old a 2016 Mustang after getting insurance money for his 2014 Mustang that was totaled (not at-fault crash) and Sunday (5/26/2024) I bought my 2024 Mustang. Insurance is crazy high but at least they’re fun to drive and I have a few new friends at Kerry Ford in Springdale, Ohio. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity if you’re in the market for a new or used Ford. Good people and no pressure. They were very respectful of my very long drawn out indecisiveness. Ask for Billy George (Sales Manager) or David Minor (Salesman) and they will be sure to treat you right. A huge shoutout to Adam (Salesman) for being so empathetic when I suffered a severe anxiety attack on the dealership lot. I do not know his last name but he was instrumental in making me feel better. He suggested I go home and they'd hold the car for me, so I can be in a better emotional state when I decide to buy. Hopefully upper management acknowledges all 3 of these gentleman for providing me an excellent customer service experience. I can't say enough good things about the way they handled me from start to finish. They're quality people that every business needs."

"Initially brought my car in to have a recall done for the body control module. They damaged the new module 3 times had to replace it each time, took them an entire month. Then get my car back to find it not wanting to start, I took it back and they tore my entire interior apart just to end up finding out the neutral switch was faulty. I get my car back damaged, and they take another month to "fix" the damage with nothing even fixed. The leather was all ripped up, broken pieces, scratches on my paint. Keep in mind my car only has 7,000 miles on it. I'm now just going to sell it. This place is absolutely horrible. Please don't buy a car from here or service it here. A 12 year old kid was working on my car and damaged everything. There's more damage than shown but I already sold it to Carvana. No point in keeping a car I cherished after it's been damaged and they're refusing to fix it."
