In partnership with ABM Parking Services, we provide a range of parking options including public garages, surface lots, and on-street metered parking spaces. Our goal is to support local businesses and enhance your experience in Covington by offering convenient and affordable parking solutions.

- Prime Location: Situated close to popular shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
- Flexible Payment Options: Pay for metered parking with coins or via the PassportParking® app, available on both the App Store and Google Play.
- Affordable Rates: On-street meters are operational from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, at a rate of $1.50 per hour (with the first 15 minutes free).
- Residential Parking Program: Currently available in the Historic Licking Riverside neighborhood. Residents can apply for permits online or by submitting a form.

Parking tickets can be paid online or in person at the Midtown Garage located at 501 Scott Blvd. If you wish to appeal a parking citation, please complete the appeal form and submit it to the Covington Police Department within 7 days of receiving the ticket.

"Horrific customer experience. This parking lot entraps customers (broken machines) and then price gouges (~$70 parking citations)."
"Be wary of the payment machine. The parking cost was $3 for one hour and $6 for 24 hours. I only needed 2-3 hours so I was prepared ro pay the full $6. When I swiped my card, it gave me options to add time in $1 increments so I tried to add a couple of hours before instead of using the 24 hour option. It added my money and charged me card but never gave me more than 2 hours. Its only $2 bucks which is less than the time is worth to write this review but it's the principle of the thing. 2 stars for being a great location for the venue I was attending. Just be prepared to be a little misled on the cost of the lot."
"Taught in Covington during the last century for 17 years leaving in 1985 to marry and move out of town. Had some tough days but also met some wonderful kids and adults. Sometimes I wish I were younger and lived close by to substitute but I learned a long time ago God puts you where he needs you. Thank you for allowing teachers to go to Frankfort as we did in the '70s."
