"My girlfriend bought a car there and had motor issues within a week, they looked at it and couldn't fix it, and they talked about getting her a different vehicle, then they said oh we can fix it, then they waited 6 months without contacting her about anything and they ended up selling it to the scrap yard, now they refuse to make it right or answer her calls. So now we are out that money and carless with 2 disabled kids (if anyone knows a good attorney for this let me know). Still have all messages and documents regarding this issue and our recent voice recordings of them asking for the paper work we provided once again and they refuse to make contact or acknowledge our attempts."

"Wrote the wrong date on my temp tag (2023 instead of 2024). I ended up getting towed for expired plates and having to pay $242. When I went back to the store, I was told they would reimburse me by the new year, it is February 13th and I have not received my check yet. Sloppy, unprofessional, and dishonest."

"Should be a zero. The people in charge of this dealership have no clue what they are doing. They sold us a Jeep Wrangler for our son, it needed extensive work costing upwards of $9000 that was not disclosed. After getting the vehicle roadworthy, we went to get it licensed only to find out there was still a lien on the title. We made numerous calls to this dealership that went unanswered or returned to rectify the matter. Zero response from management. We talked to a salesman and he said the owner was busy and would follow up. I took it upon myself to call the former lienholder, GECU, and get the lien removed. Only then were we able to get it licensed. They had no clue how to resolve the matter, how in the world they own a dealership is beyond comprehension."
