"the WORST at&t store i’ve ever been to, they are NEVER at the store when they say they’re open online. they’re constantly understaffed, and when they do have staff they’re lazy and leave the on break sign on the door all day. waited the “30 minutes & we’ll be back” and they never came back. the one time I did get to actually walk in they just told me to call the hotline. any other at&t is worth driving to."

"Worst customer service ever!!! I been to this store twice and had the same employee handle my account and I've walked out twice and went to the Harrison store. Paul at the Harrison store had me in and out in no problem. Great customer service fast and prompt. Lawrenceburg store employee didn't want to do nothing but set in a chair and play on his phone. Spent 30 min. Trying to get them to do something and they said I need to call geek squad. Paul in Harrison not only took care of my problem with my account he got me up graded and I was in and out in 15 min. It's pretty bad I live in Lawrenceburg and I'll never go to the at&t store here again as long as they have the same people working...."
"Staff was super friendly and helpful even after we showed up an hour before closing time and kept them over almost a full hour after closing time. Hunter and Chelsea never made us feel like they was rushing us out either!!! Great service ALL AROUND!!!"
