"2/6/24. Arrived on time and was given a door in reasonable time. Once I received door 4 I was loaded fairly quickly. Staff sealed my trailer and I was out. I would definitely return."
"2⭐️ only bz they have opened at 7am ( assuming 8-10 trucks outside waiting ) and they gave me a door around my appt time. Other then that - disrespectful for long distance drivers not having the restroom , loading or unloading locals first who will cut your line and get to the door b4 you and leave b4 you. Locals blocking the driveway , being rude and disrespectful , fast driving , using exit to enter and block everybody , slow 2-3 hrs to unload etc etc. hot , 80-90 + and you have to use this smells bad , looks disgusting “restroom” outside. Can you imagine that smell inside on plus 90?! Thiss not how should anyone run any business and treat ppl. Ghetto ppl and attitude. Gateway - copy paste Swift I guess."
"Arrived to this shipper a day early. I attempted to see if they would load me early since there was 2 trucks at the docks and 1 waiting. The lady in the office buzzed me in the gate and met me outside. She very coldly told me my appointment was at 9am the next day and I would have to leave and come back in the morning. She said they were to busy and should have been gone. I told her that was fine and asked if I could come early in the morning to get worked in, she caught an attitude and said "your appointment time is 9am so you need to be here at 9." I just walked away to avoid a confrontation. DO NOT COME EARLY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU There is a Pilot about 2 miles away if you need to rest for the night."
