"We placed a pick up order for in-store and not drive through. I stood there at the register and not one person came to talk to me, they literally stood there talking amongst themselves. I waited for a solid 5 minutes before saying something bc they saw me, but didn’t bother to come to the register and ask what I wanted. Once we got it, I realized the order was incorrect… how hard is it?! I didn’t bother wasting my time and just left with my incorrect order. There may be good reviews from others, but this is the exact reason we don’t buy local in Monroe. I’d rather drive to West Chester/Mason and get way better service. This is a bad experience from a local, just my opinion."
"Place is a little small but was not crowded when I went there. Staff is super nice and the drinks/food were delicious. We got a bagel a turkey sandwich a iced Chai tea and a birthday cake shake."
"I have only been to this location once so far. The drink I got was amazing. And the egg bites are always good. I don't know if it's the owner's choice, but at other locations they wrap the three cheese egg bites in aluminum foil which keeps them warm, sometimes hot longer. Thank you for letting me order online. I can't order online at a location closer to me."
"Great coffee shop from the north. Coffee selections are wide (a whole two 8.5x11 pages worth) and the syrups used are super high quality. People working at this location make it a highlight of my mornings."
