"I work in the mall so I come here for lunch regularly and every time I come in the employees are talking badly about the customer that had just left before me. They’ll make fun of what they ordered or even what they’re wearing. I work in customer service for years and I cannot imagine treating people like this. There are two locations in the mall, the one next to Adidas is so much better and the employees are always super kind."
"Quinton was wonderful and polite!! He didn’t have many pretzels available. He offered to make whatever anyone wanted but we’d have to wait. We placed our order and came back. No biggie!! When we came back we overheard him saying that someone had quit earlier. He was very apologetic all the while with a smile on his face!!! More places need employees like him!! Thank you!!"
"The employees were rude and the pretzel was not fresh. They totally ignored me when I was waiting to place my order. The person that I was with had to ask 3 times if her speciality pretzel was even being cooked it turns out that it was not started until she asked the 3 Rd time."
