"WOW! I just went to the New Balance Store at the Cincinnati Premium Outlet in Monroe, OH. When I walked in, Ryan asked if he could help and I have never received such great help in a store. He knew the products backwards and forwards. By just looking down at my shoes as I walked to a chair, he immediately asked if I was looking for a new pair of 928v3's! He said that he didn't have them in stock but could order them or show me something similar. After trying on several pairs, I decided to order the 928v3. Throughout our encounter, he showed me courtesy and thoroughly explained the features of each shoe. New Balance is extremely fortunate to have such a great employee!"
