"I am a regular customer of Mikes, and I will NEVER be back. I recently bought a brand new car. My very first time washing my car after purchase, and there are scratches all down the back. The scratches are in circles and go from the passenger side to the trunk. Mikes has not claimed responsibility, which is beyond frustrating. See the attached photos taken on the day of the scratch. My car didn’t have more than 1,500 miles on it, and is now visibly scratched. Take my recommendation and save your money! Hand wash your car before they scratch yours too!"
