"I like T-Mobile and the Miller Lane Corporate location. I detest this franchise location and dread going there. They have high turnover. Their employees are always rude or too playing on their phones to help. They have been rude to my Mom who is a senior citizen. They lied to me about a promotion for a phone trying to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive call plan not covered by my responders plan to get a 4G phone. I didn't fall for it and called T-Mobile customer service who just promptly mailed me the phone. This location lies and says it's company policy to log you in for the Tuesdays promotions instead of showing the app timer. They will argue with you if you don't. But if you let them sign you in they will talk your ear off for 10 mins as store policy trying to force you into upgrades. This store is aggressive and damages the brand image."
"I was in the store for a promotion I recieved in the mail. When I walked in Mr . Ricky greeted me with the most warm greeting and took the time to explain all of the promotions to me as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my phone worked properly. Instead of me getting the one phone I got two. I will definitely be returning for more services ."
