"I called around 9:30 in the morning to make a appointment and I was asked if I had ever been there. I told them I had but it was quite some time ago not recently.I was then put on hold for a while and when the lady came back on the phone she informed me they had a 3:20 available that same day. She then asked for a phone number and confirmed my 3:30 appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled time and was informed that they couldnt find any record of me being a former patient. I explained that it had been a number of years ago and she informed me that they would not see me today I would have to be put on the new patient schedule and it would be sometime in January.I have come to the conclusion that they are making way too much money when they turn business away .Also a phone call would have been much appreciated after I drove 35 minutes to get there.This is not how i remember small town business. I'm almost ashamed to say that I grew up i Sherwood ."

"I threw my back out 6 hours before leaving on vacation to North Carolina , I called the office and asked to be seen, Tammy said she would check, I left my house and headed towards the office as I live 1.5 hrs away and they were closing soon. Dr. Weippert had told me before to come in if it was an emergency. I was half way there when Tammy called back and said they couldn't fit me in. She said tuesday was the best, I told her again I couldn't as we were leaving for 10 days and driving for 12 hours out of state. I asked for the dr. To call me back. I was 20 mins away when he did. I told him what was going on and that I needed urgent help. He told me Tammy had said I was rude and disrespectful to her and that he was not my on call Dr. I explained my situation and pleaded I just needed a quick adjustment. He said if it was that bad to go to the ER room. He said he will not see someone 2 hours before they close on a holiday weekend when he is supposed to be in the fields planting. Now I have been a patient of both dr's. Since I was 12, now 32. I understand everyone has typical business hours and can't see patients whenever. However his attitude towards me when I was never disrespectful was unbelievable. On numerous occasions i have been told by Dr. Wieppert that they will stay to make sure the people are handled within reason or in case of an emergency. This was well within reason and the request was made with please and thank you's, never once an attitude. Dr. Ludermans attitude was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Worst service I've ever seen out of a Dr. To a practically life long patient. Dr Wieppert has always been great to me and has always had a sense of caring , Dr. Luderman's attitude and lack of complete care through this exchange is an embarrassment to this practice. 20 year patient and multiple referral customer gone, sad to see the loss of a good relationship based off the Ludermans poor attitude, lack of caring and snide remarks. I hope he is ashamed of his behavior, he should be."

"Randy Luderman is the best in the field. Fairly local to me and his prices cannot be beat. Very friendly and is always more than willing to work with you. If you haven't been in to see him, I strongly suggest you do so."
