"This is the worst store in customer service. Took in 2 playstations to trade in for a newer one. There was no one in the store and since my one console was in safe mode he wouldnt bother with it and never even checked out the other. Then began to tell me i would be charged a smoking fee because im a smoker and dont smoke near or around my consoles. What are they the surgeon generals now. Then he tore the box a bought it in and shoved it toward me angrily and so i left. Ive been a game stop customer for a long time and cant believe this is how they are now treating their customers."

I went to gamestop with my mom to check out some games and get our Mario odyssey game it was over 3 months since we ordered it and they still remembered even though the worker was brand new we were very happy and glad for the good service we still go to GameStop and get pre-orders and other games to this day I will never forget that one visit that we had"
