"Really nice people and quick loading, but here's the problem. My paperwork said auto care products, I had left my load locks in the back and they installed them when they loaded. I looked at the back of the load and noticed it was clean and uniform and looked okay, I wasn't really thinking about anything else. Well, it was a full load of motor oil, and that is Hazmat. I don't have an endorsement and they don't represent it as a Hazmat load, but if you go in here you're probably going to get a full load of motor oil going to AutoZone somewhere or someone like that. My load was AutoZone. So they lie as far as I'm concerned and call it car care products instead of motor oil on the paperwork so they can have people out there hauling Hazmat with out an endorsement. I think that's really shady. I gave them two stars because the guy on the loading dock and the lady in the office were so nice while they were essentially screwing me over as it turns out. Broker had no idea it was a full load of oil."
