- Delinquent Account Management: Notices have been sent to taxpayers with outstanding balances from the 2023 tax year. To avoid publication of delinquent property owners, payment plans or payoffs must be arranged by October 25, 2024. New delinquent plans will be available starting September 5, 2024, requiring down payments and scheduled appointments. Please contact us at 440-350-2473 to discuss your options.

- Secure and Convenient Payment Process: Once you submit the Authorization Agreement Form and your banking information is verified, you will receive notifications detailing your bill amount and the debit schedule for your account. This ensures transparency and keeps you informed every step of the way.

Important Reminders:

- Service Adjustments: If you are selling your home and wish to continue APP service for your new property, a new authorization agreement form must be completed. Additionally, the service will be terminated if funds become insufficient, and the customer will be responsible for any expenses incurred.
