"Horrible experience, they expect people to go days without running water and after spending an hour on the phone with them they offered no solution. They have one service man for 20,000 properties. Not customer focused at all, no employees can make decisions without a supervisor but the supervisor is always ‘on vacation.’ They pride themselves on not being a conglomerate but they’re a monopoly which is worse."

"Horrendous service! I understand I didnt pay my bill on time but when I did they told me my electric would be on that day by 3:30. That never happened it was on a Friday so I had no electricity in the winter with nothing to do about it. Garbage service! Liars! If u can avoid them I suggest doing so"
