"The sanctuary isn't a homeless shelter persay, but they do help the homeless when they have the room. Unfortunately the times have changed and there are more people becoming homeless and they are limited on the things they can help with! They have rules just like everywhere else you go in life today and if not followed there is consequences. But the rules are very simple go to church, get a full time job and keep it, and help around the apartments. But people don't know how to do that! I'm thankful they gave me the help and resources to get my life back on track. Was it easy NO by no means but it did help after a while ABSOLUTELY. Did I agree with the way they did alot of thing NO, But I kept my thoughts and actions to myself and just looked at it as this is only temporary because I need to get back on my feet! So unless your willing to make sacrifices to better yourself going to the sanctuary is not the place for you!"

"I called was told they had one opening for female . They told me to call back on Wednesday . I've been sleeping at park for week. So this pl is not picks and choose who they want. Will never call again. Not impressed. I'm I'm still sleeping impatient."

"The sanctuary has been just that . .. Sanctuary. The two men that are the "Directors"; I have the utmost respect for them The decisions just in a day, that they have had to make. Yes, they are stern in some, but never without asking God for guidance. And many times have they prayed for and with me. God uses them to help others. Thank you kind sirs. Here at the sanctuary i have become closer to the Lord, become more independent and involved with the church and community. I have made many friends from all walks of life. I have no doubt; It's a God thing!!"
