"I just read that your staff helps with toileting etc. Why would you write that if it isn't the truth? Your staff Refuses to do their jobs and the Director of Nursing knows it! Many complaints are made on a regular basis. If the DON would do their job, it wouldn't keep happening and we wouldn't have to go to the state. It's unfair and totally against the Oath they've taken, that the nurses and Stna's make fun of them in the psych center too! Terrible facility! The administrator needs to get a grip on his staff! We'll continue to go over their heads and report them to the State of Ohio, until it changes. No choice!"

"If you care about your family member at All; you would never bring them here Any good reviews are fake and employees Sub contracted here over 10 years amongst hundreds of other facilities all over three states. This one is by far the worst. They just keep changing names and management Everytime they get sued"
