"Had Knee Replacement on February 24 TH outpatient procedure Signed in 630 Am Sat in Room like told. Phone is ringing No receptionist They expect you to answer it for all families waiting for updates. Someone answered the phone told me to go down to surgery center. Had no idea where I was going Was very upset Long walk down this hall Came upon a orderly he saw I was upset explained situation Lead me to a desk they told me go see this lady in this room My heart is racing at this point pain in my back Had a hard time calming down My blood pressure was very high at that point They had to delay the time for my procedure Was not impressed with this Now the care upstairs was another issue not good at all The nurse who prepped me downstairs was a excellent care giver she has been there over 40 years ❤️. The bottom line They should have a worker in waiting area answering the phone we pay enough. You should have worker to escort us to operation prep area Not to follow the yellow brick road by ourselves"

"I don't think anyone looks forward to a hospital visit , surgery , and a few days of recuperation . However , when I was admitted March 1st for Cervical surgery I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and care I received from the minute I arrived at admissions throughout my procedure and on through recovery . I can say with certainty that the staff at CMC makes a difference in how fast you're on your feet again and moving on with the healing process . I know I have to return for another procedure in a month or so and feel I can look toward to this in a positive manner knowing my care is in the best hands possible . Thanks to all who made this a successful and positive experience for me ."
