She lied with them in my hand then grew defensive. She was emotional and nasty when I asked why she lied about no accidents on a car whose air bags clearly said deployed. She admitted she didn’t know the answer when she told me they hadn’t. She became emotional and started yelling and pointing. Clearly embarrassed and all “charm” was lost.
