"Changed review... So apparently they are getting a new website to pay bills, wish it was a faster process, because you also can not use the automated phone system either... But you CAN walk in to pay or call them and they will take payments over the phone. I will say this tho, the water department may have its problems, they do have pretty awesome water. Having lived in a big city where they pour bleach in the sewers & drinking the water is intolerable, it's nice to know I can actually drink my tap water!!"

"I was told that wen u file a claim with serveline that ur water cannot be turned off well news flash i hv an open claim and woke up this morning 2 my water being turned off so it would be nice if wen u get told something by a staff member that wat they are telling u is right because im so tired of going thru this!!!!!!"

"They are a joke. I have experience with working in public service(20 yrs) and have never seen such an inept department & personnel. One officer told my daughter that if she calls again he would arrest her for false police reports. She called once, not multiple times. Is that not a part of their job & oath, "TO PROTECT & SERVE"? He also needs to brush up on Tennessee law. The city needs to take a good look at this department & think about getting rid of them & contracting with the Sheriff's department or State police to better serve the citizens of Maynardville."
