"I like Alcoa Tenn FCU as a bank. Been using them for years. But this branch definitely has rudest staff out of all of the locations And when I notice their interactions with other customers, it definitely has the vibes like they all sit and talk bad certain customers, and like I may one of them. The vibe changes as soon as they see me, and to a very noticeable degree. I always make a point to be nice whenever I come through. But everyone I've come in contact with so far in this location has a really bad attitude towards me. They definitely need to work on being more pleasant, and to EVERYONE"
