"This review has been revised. Initially my review stated that I had waited quite some time for laundry because of lack of dryers and something in regards to not being a very clean environment. I've been coming here for the past 3 years or so and have seen continual Improvement. New dryers, new washers, and the place is cleaned up nice. I am very happy with the direction these owners are going. Keep up the good work."
"Maybe, just maybe invest in "out of order" signs and post as needed, the little strip of masking tape is not very effective I was mad as hell after moving my laundry 3 times to working dryers. Paper towels or a hand dryer would be nice in the restroom."
"Put my towels and money in the washer and it didn't work!!! Not only would it not work but the door wouldn't open so that I could remove my laundry. Luckily a man gave me the ph# of the person to speak to, but now I'm stuck waiting on someone to show up so that I can gather my belongings and go somewhere else."
"My daughters clothes got stolen out of the dry. Has signs saying 24 hour surveillance. When she called the Manager Rosa was told they didn’t work and said it wasn’t her problem. My soon to be son in law look down to answer the phone and the went to get them out of them dryer and they was gone. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but when you disrespect my daughter you get what you get and I truly hope you go out of business."
