Never got an apology & don't plan to return for any reason. Y12 is a great credit union that does the exact same thing & never had an issue with them."

"Would give 0 stars if I could, Sabrina the teller probably has the worst customer service I have ever had to experience. Called my own brother to verify a small check, and I’m there every week to cash the same check for the same amount and have never had to waste my time. When questioned, she offered no explanation just “because it’s my job” in the rudest voice ever! Will not be visiting this branch and will be telling my brother to close his account and come join me at Truist, the tellers there are personable and truly care about customers."
