"This gym is a great place to get your sweat on! The programming has something for every skill level, everyday there are 3 variations of the workout from which to choose! If that is not your thing, there is open gym. The hours are great, 6 am until 7:30 pm, with 6 coached classes a day! The facility is huge, clean, and the coaches are approachable and knowledgeable! Come join us as a member or a drop in, you won't be disappointed."
"The best gym around! Seriously the best hour of my day. The atmosphere is so chill, and the workouts leave you feeling like you accomplished something great. The programming is great, and you have coaches to help you through every movement. Absolutely kid friendly too! Bring your littles, because there is plenty of them to keep each other occupied!"
