"We've had several meals here this week and it's been great! Service is very good and the food is too. They have a killer craft beer list, both draft and cans. They even do flights! I really recommend the dry rub wings and the pizza, but the star of the show is the loaded potato salad!! So good!"

"We have ate at this establishment for the last several years. Never, not once a problem. We come this year as we do every year to have dinner and watch the fireworks for the fourth of July just to find it is under new management. We arrived here to find the little bar attached to the restaurant is closed off for supposed crowd control. We couldn't just put our name on the list for our table of 10, you have tobput in for a table, wait to get your table then go stand in another line to order your dinner. This establishment was not busy as normal for this Holiday and yet the kitchen was already backed up for orders so there was a 15 min wait just to order your food. One of the Lady's in our group had made the statement "this sucks" to her husband in which a woman(later find out is the new manager) approached our friend with quite rudness asking what sucks about this? I'm sorry to sat with the poor choices in changes to this establishment and unmannerly behavior on management part this place will probably be short lived. This is a shame. And I hadn't even gotten to the outrageous prices of this resteraunt . I had ordered 2 bloody Mary's and those were 27.82. Extremely over priced ( this is NOT VEGAS)"

"Very nice outdoor patio. We both had the dragon burgers. They were EXCELLENT! Cooked just right and served on fresh pretzel buns. Served with some Boo Jum local lager. Shout out to our server Dalton! Very pleasant and funny. Fast service Ricardo in bar."

"Wildwood Grill at Fontana Village in NC seems to be one of those establishments where the ambiance and potential for a great dining experience unfortunately do not align with the culinary execution. It pains me to say that the promise of a comforting, hearty meal after a day exploring the beautiful surrounds was met with disappointment. The fare, which one would hope to be reflective of the rich, local flavors and homestyle cooking, fell short of such an aspiration. The disappointment at Wildwood Grill serves as a reminder that not all that glitters in the rustic charm of a mountain village is gold. Despite its promising location and the opportunity to provide a warming, satisfying dining experience in the heart of Appalachia, this was a meal that left much to be desired. With only two stars to award, one does so with the hope that feedback such as this serves as a catalyst for improvement, turning what could be a hidden gem into a culinary beacon in the wilderness."
