"Kim was a nightmare. I listed my home with Kim in 2021 and together we worked on a listing description and an honest full disclosure. Got a potential buyer before it was even listed. Kim promised me this buyer would not request a home inspection. She went back on that promise, and the buyer got a home inspector to tell her the plumbing needed $15,000 in repairs. This astounded me because I had my plumbing inspected every single year, and no problems were noted (I had given these reports to Kim and the buyer). The buyer demanded a $15,000 price reduction, which Kim urged me to agree with. I foolishly said ok and agreed to the $15,000 reduction. The sale completed but then Kim did the worst thing. The buyers decided to demand an additional $3,500 in plumbing repairs MONTHS AFTER THE SALE WAS COMPLETED and KIM SIDED WITH THE BUYERS AND ASKED ME TO CHIP IN ANOTHER $3,500!! Repeat: this was months after the sale was final!! I had to consult with a lawyer who agreed I had done nothing wrong. I hope this is a lesson to anyone who hires her."

My husband sometimes feels under appreciated as a Marine Veteran. Kim changed that mentality along with the Lender, Tiffany. It is such a wonderful program for our veterans. So much love and appreciation is sent back to these ladies and the Homes for Heroes program from the Carpenter Family. We have waited a long time to be able to accomplish this huge goal.
