"Be careful when ordering delivery. We ordered delivery (through DoorDash but they used their own insomnia courier to deliver). All we ordered was a 4 pack box….it arrived with only 3 cookies. Also, disappointed they seem to have gotten rid of the double doozy cookies. Those were our favorite."

"Ordered for delivery tonight ~1 hour before closing. Called right before close to figure out where our order was. Its not coming until tomorrow at 1pm even though my order online is marked delivered and is NOT showing as a future order. Okay, website issues happen. Was just on the phone with someone claiming to be a supervisor. I was trying to cancel my order since the website apparently put it in for a different time (they said it was put in to deliver tomorrow at 1pm but for some reason its not showing that on the order and the order is already marked delivered). They said their were some issues with the website every time I brought anything up as what it was showing on my end vs what they were seeing. I stated that if their are so many issues with their website maybe someone should look into that and they said their was nothing they could do about IT or upper management....and then just hung up on me. Terrible service, will never order here again. Maybe your website would get fixed if your supervisors would let someone know when there is an issue reported instead of hanging up on customers for reporting it."

"Best vegan cookies in the world. Used to come here 3 - 4 times a month back in 2021. Now the cookies are half the size they used to be, no exaggeration. My jaw dropped when I opened the box, they hit em with a shrink ray. Price has also gone up some, and those two things in conjuction are the reason I won't be back. Less for more is not the future. People working here are always super nice though, and the vegan cookies are legitimately the best you can find around here. Just wish the company had left portions and price alone."
