"What a wonderful way to buy a car! Had seen 3 online that I wanted to look at. Brian had all three at the ready to let us test drive. No pushing on purchasing either! Brian and Vickie are so kind and so helpful! I see now why they have so many great reviews! Bought a great car in less than an hours time! For a great price! Will be taking my daughter back over to buy soon! I was so torn between two that we want to just get them both!!!"

"Buyer beware!!! Husband bought me a van from there for Christmas, they pulled the check engine light scam! Reset the check engine light and as soon as you get home, the check engine light comes on!!! They took my car and had it for a month, promising to repair it and wouldn't tell me what was wrong or what they did to it. Got it home and the check engine light came on AGAIN with other issues, they took it again... kept the car and gave it back again and the check engine light came on when I get home AGAIN!!!! Brian will no longer answer my call and I'm looking at timing chain issues and bad head gasket possibly blown engine. Even though he claims he owns every car on the lot, the cars are actually owned by a different car lot in Knoxville with a bad reputation of scamming people, if you try to get answers from them they just tell you they don't speak English. Don't get yourself stuck like I am with no vehicle and having to make payments on a vehicle that will not run and lost money on a down payment."
