I'm sure it took a lot of thinking outside the box to list, advertise and sell the property. Millie was outstanding from the day we signed the contract ( and even before that!) until the closing. "I contacted the Century 21 Legacy office and explained I was possibly looking at moving to Knoxville. I was directed to Laura and given an e-mail, cell # and connected to her cell phone. The cell phone answered that the "mailbox was full" and it hung up. I e-mailed her directly with my wife and my requirements, gave contact info at work and home. I went to her web page to sign up for a link. In the 48 hours since I made initial contact, I have heard nothing. I guess wanting to buy a $600K+ home in Knoxville wasn't important enough for a personal contact - just the auto e-mail when I set up an account. I will find someone else who wants to help me, but it won't be Century 21!"
