"The dentist was very polite and extremely helpful. I was in a lot of pain when I came in to his office and he took care of me instantly. However, the front desk ladies are HORRIBLE. As a new patient you would think that they would at least pretend to be nice and want to earn my business. They were extremely rude, one of the ladies actually rolled her eyes and sighed when I told her I did not have my insurance card but could get her the information. I also had to call back a few times to ask questions and schedule my follow up. This time, a different lady answered and she was just as rude as the last! I'm sorry Dr. Barker but you need new receptionists, they are going to hurt your business! I will never be back and neither will any of my family members (who have been coming here for years)."
