"Wonderful place and service and great people and they all are extremely helpful and professional I chipped a tooth years ago he put a glue on it fixed it and to this day I still have had no problem with it! Also they can’t accept me or take new patients anymore which was fairly disappointing however, I’m now going to Liberty University and will be an attorney in just a matter of time and wanted to share my great news with you all! I will have a office in the same town and then I’ll always try fit any of y’all in on any circumstances if you ever shall need me! That’s the difference in you and I! I love you all! "I have had a few cleanings and checkups in the past by Dr. Collins and his staff but last week I had 3 fillings on my top front teeth. This is a little embarrassing for me to say but for the sake of being completely honest about my experience, I am just going to put this out here to give a proper review. I had to get these fillings because I had decay on my front two teeth. Prior to getting these fillings I have always told myself and my husband that if I had ever had the chance to get porcelain veneers, I would. Dr. Collins did such a good job at drilling out all of the brown spots on my teeth and putting in the new fillings that I no longer feel that way. My teeth look so white. I wish I could post a before and after photo to give a proper review. He took about an hour and half but he said he really wanted to take the time and always did when he worked on front teeth to make sure that they look really good and are done properly. I didn't have any pain. He said I would fill some shot they put in to numb the area but I didn't. When I got home and really looked at them I cried because I was so happy. His office staff is really professional, always friendly. The office is always clean and everything is up to date and what if should be. They are really good about working with your schedule or getting you in soon on an emergency. They accept most insurance policies as far as I know. My husband and I have a policy that almost no one else accepted expect for them! They were in network. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm not sure if they work with children. Dr Collins is so friendly and so is his staff I would absolutely be comfortable sending my own children to them but I am not sure if there office handles pediatrics. I hope this review is helpful!"

"Everything went great until he mentioned a starting cavity. I asked for a price quote before I could agree to fill it that day or not. He then injected me with novocane without warning and started drilling. I was NOT numb yet. I did NOT consent to that procedure, and in retrospect I should not have paid for it. Don't trust this guy. If he can coerce you or flat out illegally force you into something he will. Props to the tech who finally gave me a price quote half way though the filling, at least SOMEONE remembered what I had asked... I now understand why people fear dentists."
