"The splash pad and new playground area are wonderful. The parking is non existent. Extremely small parking at pavilion with one way in and one way out. There is limited parking at public library as well. Rules are not followed. Animals are going to potty all around the splash pad and playground area which makes it unsanitary for the children running around playing. Hence 3 stars."
