"Briefly needed help with receiving an item. Was offering to give them my older one and receive another of a different style in which they had no problem setting it up. Day later I receive a call that I am no longer able to receive that specific type of furniture due to the fact I asked to more-or-less exchange instead of just simply receiving. I thought this was a "Christian based" program, but most of them are very rude to talk with. Save yourself the hassle."

No sense of customer service or explanation, "please place items over here and we'll be with you soon." "Thank you," Just a hateful, ungrateful attitude. " YOU CAN'T JUST SIT STUFF HERE!" , I took my donations elsewhere."

"This is a nonprofit helping the community of Mason County to get items they need. On Saturday they had a free lunch and live band for the community. The food and entertainment was great!"
