"I think the place is great and the clean Guarantee puts this place above others. I would actually give it 4 and a 1/2 stars if it wasn't for the staff half the time I get there. The plate reader can't read my plate then no one will come help me. Then I have to lay on the horn until someone shows up to take my code that I pay for monthly to have my wash. Maybe I'm being a little bit too harsh, but I can't go above 3 stars when the people who work there don't care. And that's clear when the staff can't even be where they need to be."

"I just got my new car no scratches on it or anything after taking it through Tsunami car wash I now have many scratches, yes they have all the bells and whistles. But now my car has scratches, I filled out a report of the damages and was told the manager would contact the next day when he would be working, I knew he wouldn't. So glad Blaze has opened up on Lincolnway. Also read previous reviews about others getting scratches as well."

"The wash stated to get bugs off your car. What a joke the wash couldn't even get bugs off the windshield let alone the vehicle body. After the was and the dry there were streak's everywhere on the vehicle. I expected better quality if I am going to pay $39 for the elite wash."

"Love the availability of being on my way home from work. Keeps my black truck looking good. They did recently raise prices. The only problem is that part of the wash isn't fixed yet. With access to vacuums when open, keep me looking good."
