"Had a 8am pickup appt. Arrivedat 0745, did not have correct p/u number after3 phone calls finally got the number they wanted. Giving a door at 0820, loaded at 0940, verify the load before you close up, I had to have them rework the last 10 pallets, they put them all down the right side, had to have them shift to the center. Check in is on the East side of the building, go to door and use intercom. They sent me around to West side of building to my door 21. You have to exit the property turn right on main road, go down to gas station turn right, go past 1st driveway and enter at 2nd right."

"Get here as early s as possible parking is insane when other trucks get here. I was here at 6am no problem. Read the reviews walked to door 6 called the number waited for a call back got a door and got loaded. But as soon as these guys start driving in here they get lost?!? Don’t know how they don’t understand that you can’t block the way out and you can not fill up the lot because depending on what door you go to you’ll need to go left and turn around. Loading was ok and didn’t take a lot of time maybe 40 minutes. The 3 stars was for bad parking and more so the other drivers"

"This place does not respect drive time at all. I got here at 9:30am it’s now 2pm and im still haven’t been unloaded. The yard guy is rude cause I ask why are other driver who got here way after me been put in front of me . This place is trash come here at your own risk. No RESPECT for driver time or hours of service. Trash trash trash . An i said it the my whole chest trash"

"Place kind of off the beaten path. You check in at an intercom stating no public bathrooms... there is a porta potty.. if the weather is bad your stuck waiting outside unprotected. I realize this is a food grade facility but other places still find ways.. there is a mask sign..but we are way over that phase which was pointless and didn't help anything. The front parking lot is smaller... any trucks in lot makes it difficult to turn around so plan your pull in and exit carefully.. loading is on the opposite site of building which they block off. You need to turn by the gas station which is a truck restricted road to gain access to the side of the building. You will need to slide tandems and chalk wheels.. they said about 40 minutes to load the empty cans. Actually time spent was 845 to 1040... Employee was friendly."

"Why is this check in so complicated? The drivers are out fighting everthing under the moon and stars to get to your facility to deliver your product and get treated like we're not deserving of being inside your building. We are subjected to standing outside under horrible weather conditions to speak to a person over a shoty intercom. There's nothing outside that's in place from protecting us as we stand there trying to check in from all weather conditions. If truckers can't come in your building then find a more human way for us to check in like posting a sign with a phone number to call in to and not make us stand out here during rain, snow, cold wind."
