"I needed to move a few things for the office. Arrived during business hours but the door was locked. I asked the guys in the garage next door and they called the owner. The owner was away from the building but did not give a time when he would return. I tried to reserve through the app but it kept scrolling back to selling dollies & moving services. 30 minutes later, the owner shows up and seems nice enough. I suggest he might Post a note on the door when he has to step away so people can come back when he returns. He told me to mind my own business. Renting the truck was my business but he didn't have respect for the fact he kept me waiting 30 minutes which is my clients business of having to wait on him as well. His business is to have someone at the store when it's listed as open and not be rude to customers."
