"The associate that helped me was very kind and tried what she could to transfer my things from my old phone to my new phone. But because the cord transfer was removed I lost everything on my phone except for my pictures. While I'm not overly excited about having to reset everything on my new phone I can say I appreciate her trying to help me. She even made a suggestion of seeing the geek squad for the cord transfer since the old screen didn't work just to try and get what I had back"

"We came to the store for help getting into a broken phone and for upgrades on others. We had two staff members helping us for over an hour and they were able to help us get the broken phone backed up to iCloud so none of the information was lost! I returned after the replacements phones came and in and a different staff member helped me clear out the phones to take back for trade in. Everyone here was SO helpful and so friendly. Absolutely wonderful service!"
