"I've been very satisfied until they stopped sending me paper statements via the mail. I never opted for this. They now tell me that if I want the paper statements they never did send it will cost me $5.00 each. Someone changed my option and it wasn't me. I've asked several times and the last message sounded like too many steps and $5.00 each. I'm looking for a new bank. They won't bend at all. I want to say that the girls at the drive thru have been wonderful."

Naomi...such a fantastic person to work with from start to finish! This is the best place to do your banking anywhere! We currently live in another town but we still bank at The Phillips branch.
