"I ordered a starter that is supposed to replace my part number but it will not bolt up.so be careful ordering from this mfg. Because they do not have their fitment info all correct."

"If I could give negative stars I would! I had the WORST customer service experience EVER with this company if you can call it that. Ordered wear bars for my 1989 & 1990 Polaris Indy 340 Sport Snowmobiles. They told me they would fit my OEM skis and their description on website as well. The wearbars do not fit my snowmobile skis. Their return policy on website says 30 days . I called to return and they gave me a bunch of grief. The gal on the phone was very short with me and of no help. I asked to speak to someone else and she said there was nobody else to speak to. They expected me to call Spee Dee Delivery to set up return. I tried phoning Spee Dee delivery and they were rude as well and could not set up a return. I then called MFG back and got the same gal...she wanted me to take pictures of 5 different things, send emails, and all of this other non-sense. It was clear she did not want to do what is right and return the product that was not correct and refund the customer. After not being able to get anywhere with her. I told her I hope she can sleep ok at night operating a business so distrustful and unethical to customers Merry Christmas to MFG form me ...they just got to keep an extra order of money from me. I have had some poor customer service experiences through my life...this one is by far the worst!"

"They are among the best place to get parts for many power sports equipment. I have several vintage snowmobiles that require many common high wear components. Mfg Supply carries most of the replacement parts for my machines and best of all they ship quickly and efficiently to Canada where I live. They will also respond quickly and rectify any issues that you may have with an order. They have twice been very good about shipping a correct part after I had received a wrong one by mistake. Their customer service and timely communication with their customers is top notch. I enjoy ordering from them every time because I know it will be right every time!"

"Tracy has been fantastic. I ordered parts for my brothers sled and had it shipped to the dealer. My brother called and said they didn’t get the parts (it is winter here and riding down time is quite important). I called the dealer and spoke to different guys, both said they didn’t get It although tracking said they had. I placed another order, but mistakenly placed an order for two, not one. Tracy was great and cancelled the second order. Meanwhile the owner of the dealership emailed to say yes he did get the part and I emailed Tracy. She was always quick to reply which made this task easy and she happily agreed to cancel the order. Will look to them again when I need more parts. Thanks MFG and Tracy, job well done and well appreciated!"
