"Horrible and dishonest service. Brock is a salesmen with zero honor or integrity. Had all the answers and promises to get the deposit, stated work would take a week to finish. Started on time and then took three months, but was never even completed. Stated delay was that other jobs came up and he wanted additional money to finish. Brock knew this was an important job as this was all the plumbing and heating for a family home. We had to use a rental due to delays. Charged $97 an hour drive time for each tech visit, but would send them out for two hour blocks of work randomly dozens of times. Techs left for 30 plus minute breaks, while on the clock. Techs would run to shop for items and not return for weeks at a time. Did not complete work as requested and many of the items had to be removed and rebuilt. Bathroom vanity double sink, (on location at time), pipes were placed 18 inches too close in error and they would not fix, Brock stated I should just make connection through drawers. Vent openings cut at oblong angle and would not allow vent covers to fit. AC unit was installed incorrectly per installer and had to be removed and re-installed, I was billed for the tech error and repair. Quoted $3k for well pump and tank install, all parts provided, billed $6k in labor, not for well or excavation, just connection. Even charged rental fees for tools they did not have and the bore bits that they kept. Left bore holes unfilled so basement flooded during rain. Over 40K for a 30K quote and not a single faucet or toilet has been connected and refuses to complete without more money. Asked Brock multiple times for them to come view the mistakes and he refused. During process I asked for invoice so I could avoid any issues and they refused. Stated they will only provide an itemized bill after completion and full payment. Still refuse to provide a labor billing, just list total fee with zero breakdown of who, what or when that can be verified by video recordings. As someone who worked with hundreds of contractors in his life this is by far the most dishonest company I have ever encountered."
