"The doctor was very thoughtful, nice and considerate. However she at first prescribed the one medication that my son is allergic to. That mistake was then fixed when she came back in the room after I found her nurse in the hallway and told her. Thank God my mother was there to catch the mistake because I didn't hear it, I am a single sleep deprived mother with a sick 10 month old baby on my hands. Now she also prescribed something for his cough which I thought was awesome because I can't find anything for his cough except for holistic approaches. There wasn't until I called the pharmacy in the pharmacist told me that the cough medicine was actually a steroid that contained 30% alcohol and was never to be given to a baby. So before she told me that alcohol was in it I said that my son is pretty big he's about 31 inches tall and weighs twenty One pounds and he's only 10 months old so, because of this he's like in the next bracket to take you know more Tylenol and he can take Ibuprofen already, however I would never want him consuming alcohol in any amount and I actually never gave him the new alcohol-free steroid that it was replaced with. All in all I really love this hospital and I would recommend all my friends and family to go there because there is off days for everyone and we are all human but I do believe that if you hold a medical license to practice medicine you should know without a doubt what your prescribing is suitable for the patient, and we as parents should never have to worry about trusting the advice of our doctors / pediatricians."

"Friendly, but run several unnecessary tests to get that bill up there. All tests ran, had been done 6 months prior. All were normal test results before as well. I understand those are high paying jobs at a service based facility. This is the 3rd time it has happened. I'm changing providers 1 more time. If it happens again, then I will seek a provider out of the Aspirus network. All appointment was for was to get my Statin prescription renewed. Statin is working awesome. Absolutely no need to run the entire gammit of blood tests ( 7 tests total) that had been done 6 months prior."
