Originally from Texas, Dr. Fletcher's journey to medicine began after a career in telecommunications. She earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Sint Eustatius and completed her residency at the University of Arkansas. Now, she and her family are enjoying life in the U.P., embracing the community and snowy surroundings.
