"It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Realtor, Brandon Hodgson. We have been on both the "buying a house side," and "selling a house " side, with Brandon. I readily admit, our town is blessed with many great and proficient realtors. Brandon is among them. He is indeed top notch, going above and beyond in both processes! From the very first contact we made to list our house to the closing, Brandon was friendly, professional and helpful. He communicates well, calling or texting after each showing, after any hurdles one may encounter, and following up with prospective buyers, making sure one understands where one stands every step of the way. Even when I was worried about something (and I often did because that is my nature), Brandon stayed positive, assuring me of the attributes of our home, and not to worry that he was confident it would sell. He took the time to answer any questions and explain things along the way. We first contracted with a couple who were going to use a VA loan. We had to install a handrail, and paint the porch railing and the basement windows for the couple to be able to purchase the house through the VA. Not to worry, Brandon has an extensive list of contacts for about any issue one may come up against. He quickly got a crew together to do these jobs for us at a fraction of the normal cost...and in a very timely manner. When we elected to service the air conditioner in preparation for the buyers, again, Brandon contacted a heating and cooling guy who worked us in right away, and at a good price. These are just a couple of examples of how he goes above and beyond. While the first contracted prospective buyers kept trying to sell their house, Brandon continued working on selling our house to other potential buyers, in case the contingency of selling their house didn't meet our timetable. Brandon worked well with several other realtors who contacted him to show our house. I would like to express my gratitude for their fine efforts as well. When another buyer made a cash offer, and we accepted, again Brandon worked hard for us to close the deal. I would describe Brandon as a full-service realtor. He follows up on everything himself for you, then informs you of the status. He always encouraged us and guided us. Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful situation, but I can honestly say, Brandon was there for us in every instance! We couldn't be more satisfied with Brandon's service as a realtor. He is the epitome of dedication, honesty and integrity. If one door closes, he will open another. If you need to buy or sell a house, we highly recommend giving DHI Realtor - Brandon Hodgson a call.
