"I will NEVER have anything serviced by H&R Agri-Power again. I asked for a quote and never received it. Instead they called when the mower was done. I asked if they had a pick up and delivery service since my truck was at getting body work done when this mower needed service and a repair, they told me they did. I never was told how much it would be. 4.9 miles from my house to Hoefflings (H&R) they charged me $300! The repair was 1 cup washer needed replacement they charged $118, the fee to simply service the mower? $411.92! That's just to change oil, plugs, filters (oil and air) and hydro oil (the mower came back with the tank and pumps completely empty).I'm DONE!"
